throughout the year. The exceptional quality of our branded products is recognizable on numerous world markets, from EU countries, Great Britain, then Eastern Europe to the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

The fruit storage technologies used are only part of the entire cycle that fruit goes through, from the flowering stage, production, harvesting, storage, packaging, all the way to the tables of our consumers. Much of what determines the later storability of the fruit actually happens in the orchard. In addition to external quality, the internal quality of the fruit is also extremely important, so we pay great attention to daily feeding and irrigation of our orchard, as well as other activities that provide the fruit with all the essentials so when harvested is of top quality and with desired storage performance. A well nourished orchard, prevention of plant stress due to extreme climatic conditions and optimal harvest dates in accordance with the required parameters (sugar, acids, starch, hardness), are key prerequisites for the success of long-term fruit storage and its subsequent quality and freshness.
For the storage of our fruit, we use the most modern ULO-DCA technology (ultra low oxygene-dynamic controlled atmosphere) where, in controlled conditions with computer regulated parameters, the storage regime and the level of parameters such as moisture, temperature, oxygen, CO2 and ethylene are adjusted for each variety depending on the behavior of the fruit during long-term storage.
In addition, Smartfresh is applied to all the harvested apples. Smartfresh is a revolutionary patent that has completely changed the way apples are stored all over the world. It is completely harmless and chemically completely neutral, and works on the principle of blocking the ethylene receptor in the apple and significantly slows down the breathing and ripening of the apple in storage. Such reduced activity and slowed ripening of the apple allows us to retain the full freshness and other important organoleptic properties of the apple that it has during harvest, even up to 12 months after it.

Technology of sorting, packaging and confection of fruit in general is an extremely important segment, because apart from quality of the fruit itself, its excellent finalization, presentation and branding is an indispensable prerequisite for meeting very demanding market standards set by customers today.
Accordingly, using new sorting technology (GREEFA Geosort), depending on market requirements, we sort the fruits based on intensity and percentage of color, diameter, weight (gram) and even shape of the fruit.
Depending on the customer’s preferences, we additionally confection the fruits (polishing, waxing, labeling, etc.) and then pack them in one of the many types of packaging.
The packaging can be bulk, equalized to the net/gross weight of one package, according to the number of fruits (count) in 1 package or piecewise.
According to the needs, packaging is done in different types of cardboard, plastic or wooden packaging.
